Hi,
My name is Théo, I'm 22 years old, and I've been an apprentice at Ultima since February.
I'm proud to be one of the company's first employees (the 2nd, to be precise!).
I work in the marketing and business development department, where I'm responsible for developing our stores across France, as well as conducting various studies to shape our product in the best way for our customers.
When I arrived at Ultima, we barely had coffee and 2 tables "fighting a duel"; today, just a few months later, there are almost twenty of us in the office, and we assemble bikes as if we'd been doing it for years.
It's truly fulfilling to grow within a structure like this, and a real opportunity for me, a humble business school student, to discover the working world through the eyes of a company like Ultima.
