Bank cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is immediate and secured by your bank's 3D Secure protocol.
We accept online payments by card (Carte Bancaire, Visa, Mastercard, American Express); card information is transmitted via an encrypted form (SSL/TLS) and is not stored on our servers. If you order by phone, we will send you a secure payment link by email to finalize the transaction.
For online purchases (bicycles and accessories) paid by card, the amount is reserved at the time of order; your card will only be debited when the items are shipped. For custom bicycle orders, for example with engraving, the total amount is reserved at the time of purchase and will be debited 24 hours after order confirmation.
Please ensure that your card's spending limit and transaction limits are sufficient, otherwise the transaction may be declined. For any questions regarding payment, please contact our customer service.
Mobile payments / wallets
Apple Pay and Google Pay available for quick payment from a smartphone or compatible browser. No banking information to enter: the transaction is carried out via your wallet.
Bank transfer
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice by e-mail including our bank details. Please indicate your order number when making the transfer. We will process, prepare, and ship your order upon effective receipt of payment.
