Each refurbished bike undergoes a rigorous inspection before being delivered to you. All our refurbished bikes come with a one-year warranty. If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to return it.
- Electrical components: We test the battery, assistance motor, control screen, lighting, and localization system. The battery is replaced if its capacity is below 90% or if it has exceeded 150 charge cycles.
- Wear parts: Tires, brakes, chain, cassette, and grips are inspected and replaced if wear exceeds 50%.
- Frame and safety: The frame must be intact and unmodified. We also check the steering, braking system, cranks, saddle, and dropper post.

What is the difference between a new and a reconditioned bicycle?
The only difference is the bike's history. Mechanically and aesthetically, our refurbished bikes are like new. They have the same technical specifications as new models (motor, battery, range) but are offered at a more attractive price, with a reduced environmental footprint.
Are refurbished bikes guaranteed?
Yes. All our reconditioned bikes come with a 1-year legal guarantee of conformity, covering operating defects and hidden flaws, just like our new bikes. The battery and motor are also covered by this guarantee.
What's the battery life like on a refurbished model?
When reconditioning, we systematically test the battery's State of Health. If the residual capacity is below our quality standards, the battery is replaced. You therefore benefit from a range that complies with the model's specifications (generally between 60 and 100 km depending on the assistance mode and terrain).
Can a refurbished bike be financed?
Yes, refurbished bikes are eligible for the same financing solutions as new bikes, including interest-free installment payments (depending on current offers) and lease-purchase options (LOA) if available. They are also eligible for government aid (Ecological Bonus) subject to current conditions.

How does delivery work?
Delivery is made to your home or to a partner pick-up point, usually within 3 to 5 working days in mainland France. The bike is shipped in secure packaging, ready for use (final adjustments to be made according to the cyclist's build).
Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt to return the bike if it is not suitable for you, without having to provide a reason (excluding return costs, which may be at your expense according to the general terms and conditions of sale).
