Hello Jules!

Hi,

I'm Jules Lernon, 24 years old, and I've been part of the Ultima team since May 2022!

Recently appointed workshop manager, Ultima represents a new challenge for me, new goals to achieve, and, coming from the motorcycle world, a new world to discover: that of bicycles.

I've always said: "No matter the field or the work one does, motivation and interest in the job largely depend on the team's working atmosphere."
This statement holds true at Ultima; the team is genuinely friendly and motivated.

I believe we can be proud to be part of this adventure that is Ultima Mobility.
It's even more fascinating when you compare Ultima when I first joined to now.
Initially, I was alone in the workshop, assembling development or exhibition bikes for the show happening the next day, trying new setups, finding solutions...
The evolution means that now, apprentices/technicians have joined us, and I'm doing my best to pass on all my experience to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The prospects are no longer the same; this evolution is very motivating and is not expected to stop growing, I'm sure of it.
